Hi, I’m Tracy, and I’m so pleased you’re here.
I’m the founder, community builder, and host of Coffee, Chat, Etc…—a place where women come together through meaningful conversations, genuine friendships, and shared experiences.
A Little Bit About Me
My career has taken me through social work, teaching, coaching, writing, and podcasting, but one thing has always remained the same: a passion for helping people recognise their strengths and believe in what’s possible.
Having experienced both life’s greatest challenges and its greatest opportunities, I’ve discovered that connection can change everything. We all need people who truly see us, hear us, and remind us that our next chapter is still waiting to be written.
That’s why I created Coffee, Chat, Etc…—a community where women can pause, reconnect, rediscover who they are, and find the confidence to write the next chapter of their lives.
I believe that when women come together, something extraordinary happens. We encourage one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and remind each other that no matter where we’ve been, there’s always another chapter waiting to be written.
