1. Membership Cancellation:
- Members are allowed to cancel their membership whenever they choose. Once the cancellation process is completed, the membership will no longer be active.
- Please be aware that if a member has not attended any sessions prior to cancellation, they will not be entitled to a partial refund. This means that no money will be returned for unused sessions.
2. Cooling-Off Period:
- A 7-day cooling-off period is in place for all membership cancellations. This allows members the opportunity to reconsider their decision and ensures they can make an informed choice.
- If a member cancels their membership within this 7-day period, they will receive a full refund. After the 7 days, the refund policy will revert to the no partial refund rule.
3. Event Refunds:
- Similar to membership cancellations, registrations for events also come with a 7-day cooling-off period.
- If a participant decides to cancel their event registration within these 7 days, they will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fee.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unexpected personal issues, the request for a refund will be assessed individually. We encourage individuals in such situations to provide appropriate documentation and reach out as soon as possible.
