Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Coffee, Chat, Etc... Ltd, we are committed to providing a welcoming and valuable experience for all our members and customers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Memberships
Membership fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Founding Membership
Founding Member pricing and benefits are available only while your membership remains active.
If you cancel your membership or it ends due to non-payment, your Founding Member pricing and associated benefits may be lost. If you later rejoin, the membership fee and benefits available at that time will apply.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable workbooks, journals, guides, templates, and online resources, are supplied immediately after purchase.
Because digital products are available instantly, refunds are generally not available once the download has been accessed or the content has been made available, except where required by law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Coaching Services
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or you do not attend the session without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed and may not be refundable.
If Coffee, Chat, Etc... Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we will offer an alternative appointment.
Online Events and Workshops
If you are unable to attend an online event or workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, event fees are generally non-refundable. However, where possible, we may offer access to a recording or transfer your booking to a future event at our discretion.
If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
Physical Products
If we offer physical products in the future, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances affecting your purchase, please contact us. We will consider each request fairly and in line with our legal obligations.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
