Cancellation Policy

Membership Policy terms and conditions 1. Purpose The purpose of this policy is to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members participating in our online communal sessions. 2. Code of Conduct All members agree to the following guidelines while engaging in online sessions: Respect: Treat all fellow members with kindness and courtesy. Disparaging comments, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated. Constructive Interaction: Engage in supportive, constructive discussions. Disagree respectfully and focus on promoting a positive dialogue. Confidentiality: Respect fellow members' privacy. Personal stories or information shared during sessions should not be disclosed outside the group. 3. Membership Values Members are expected to exhibit behaviour that reflects our group's core values: respect, integrity, and a passion for continuing self-development. Any behaviour that does not align with these values may result in removal from the membership. 4. Free Trial Terms - During the free trial period, members are welcome to join interactive coffee meetings on two occasions at no cost. - Following the conclusion of the free trial, membership will automatically transition to a paid basis. - Members can cancel their monthly membership fee at any time during or after the free trial. - The yearly membership fee, when paid upfront, is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a fault of the company. 5. Intellectual Property Members agree that all products, content, and materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Coffee Chat and cannot be copied, shared, reproduced, or sold without prior written permission. Violating this provision may lead to immediate removal from the group. 6. Enforcement Monitoring: Moderators will oversee interactions to ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct. Warnings: Members who violate the policy will receive up to two warnings from the moderators. Removal: Continued disrespect, serious violations of this policy, or behaviour not aligned with group values will result in removal from the session and potentially a ban from future participation. 7. Agreement By joining this membership, all clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
